The Dragon's Head Blog: Greetings from Newfoundland seniors

Greetings from Newfoundland and Labrador,  the most easterly point in North America.  At our branch in St. John’s, we started the day with an open house  and welcomed many visitors, including some local dignitaries. Everyone enjoyed a delicious vegetarian pot luck lunch.  Our afternoon workshop has approximately 25 participants who are eagerly awaiting the cross-Canada video link to say “Hi” to all our tai chi friends.
