The Dragon's Head Blog: Happy Seniors in Pacific Region
The Pacific Region is pleased to kick off the first Cross Canada Seniors Day in Vancouver just after 10 am local time with an energetic Taoist Tai Chi® arts set featuring more than 100 regular participants and several friends trying tai chi for the first time.
Participants have arrived from Vancouver, Surrey and Chilliwack branch locations throughout southwest British Columbia, including Surrey and Langley, Chilliwack, Squamish and the Sunshine Coast, Ladner and Tsawwassen, Burnaby, Vancouver and the North Shore, as well as a couple visiting from Ottawa. The day’s activities are being led by Vancouver Branch co-leader, and National Seniors Committee member Theresa Fibish and Vancouver Instruction Committee member, Kay Shore.
Happy Cross Canada Seniors‘ Day 2016 from all of us here at the Victoria Branch Centre in the Pacific Region. The Victoria Branch is located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island with seven locations including two of the Gulf Islands.
