The Dragon's Head Blog: International Intensive in Brussels, Belgium
They all knew it would be a very special night. So they came from all locations across Belgium and also from the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Hungary and Canada. In total 50 people attended the program, for Marsha Eberhardt, President of the Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism was visiting Brussels to lead a very international intensive.
Working on foundations, the focus was on expanding all the way up pushing from the ground. The danyus felt light but strong at the same time. Having reached a higher perspective, we could reflect on what tai chi is and appreciate how rich and unique Master Moy’s teachings are.
As we worked on the kicks, time was too short to notice how clear and solid the balance is when reaching high up. Fortunately Seniors‘ Week in Helmond followed shortly after this event so we could further our understand of these Taoist Tai Chi® arts.
