The Dragon's Head Blog: „Get to Know your Centre“ Day in Madrid

Last Saturday we had a “Get to Know your Centre” Day at the Southern European Centre in Madrid. Around 20 members, some very new, and our very younger ones! joined for a full exposure to the Taoist Tai Chi^™ arts. We started the day by Opening the High Shrine, followed by some chanting. There was Tai Chi, cleaning and other tasks, slideshow, and of course food!
