The Dragon's Head Blog: Tai Chi for Every Age

The Florida Keys Branch recently marked the 97th birthday of Jean Goff at the Marathon location. Jean joined in the winter of 2013 when classes first began at this location and has been a regular participant ever since.

Her warmth and clever sense of humor make us smile. In every class she inspires the rest of us just by being there and taking part. Her participation is a reminder that we can learn, practice, and benefit from Tai Chi at every age.
