Lok Hup Workshop Ends in Edinburgh, United Kingdom
Workshops provide opportunities for cultural exchange. Workshop leader Sean Dennison shared his experience of Master Moy’s teachings. During a lunchtime meeting we discussed the forthcoming health questionnaire.
Lok Hup Workshop Continues in Edinburgh, United Kingdom
We have participants from 15 countries at the workshop. Large groups took it in turns to practice their Lok Hup, for the others to observe: Great Britain (off camera); Central Europe; Southern Europe; Northern Europe and Canada.

The United Kingdom national centre in Edinburgh is hosting a lok hup workshop, with 225 participants. The first two days have included chanting practice, Taoist Tai Chi® practice, and lok hup ba fa practice, all together and in small groups.

These are just some of the methods of cultivating stillness, under the gentle guidance and encouragement of workshop leaders Sean Dennison and Jim Nicholson.
Chinese New Year in Aberdeen Angus, United Kingdom
Members from across the newly extended Aberdeen Angus Branch met for some tai chi practice, and prepared a traditional meal of haggis, neeps and tatties, to celebrate Chinese New Year and Robbie Burns Night.
