The Colorado Branch held our traditional Chinese New Year Celebration February 23rd with a hundred of our members plus ten local dignitaries. Poor weather cleared in time to host the well-attended event. The program included welcome and opening remarks by member Donna Samuels, Year of the Pig remarks by Dan Hartman, a health testimonial by Joe Pells, a demo and talk by Bob Tank. A menu supporting good luck and prosperity featuring cabbage, mushrooms, shrimp, and of course pork. We finished the evening with chocolate cream pie and entertainment by member Sean McGuire vocalist/guitarist.
