The Dragon's Head Blog: National Instructors’ Workshop in Adelaide, Australia
There were 82 participants from around Australia who gathered in Adelaide the first weekend in May for a national instructors’ workshop to explore substance and sensitivity. Some participants had only begun practising Taoist Tai Chi® arts a short six weeks earlier. Here are comments from only the first day of the event:
Supportive and friendly, family, humans connecting, I’m not at that level of tai chi yet so I’m standing back and observing. I will see where this takes my tai chi — Minh
This workshop has included talks from the NICC about the Society’s history, its aims and objectives and how we do things. It’s not all written – the stories help you learn — Doris
Concentrating on simple changes — Noelene
Demonstration of the Strike Tiger sequence was amazing — John
Lunch was wonderful — Cherrill
