Celebrating Seniors at the Australian National Centre
Throughout this week we have enjoyed welcoming groups of seniors for free tai chi and morning tea classes as we recognise the UN International Day of Older Persons (UNIDOP). One day we lost power to the centre but were still able to provide a delicious lunch for our guests.
