The Dragon's Head Blog: A Big Day at the International Centre
The International Centre looked stunning today as participants took part in the All Souls Festival, welcomed visitors to an Open House, and continued preparations for CIT Week, the 10th Anniversary of the Grand Opening of the Three Religions Temple, and International Awareness Day.
It was the penultimate day of the International Centre Anniversary Photo Contest and some of our guests came ready to do their best to capture one of the prizes.
We learned how to be better hosts and to multi-task as we administered parking, security, registrations, merchandise, tour guide parties, and Taoist Tai Chi® arts demonstrations, and provided meals and refreshments, including jai. All this happened along with the observance of the All Souls Festival and making transport, accomodation and food arrangements for CIT Week.
