Saturday Morning at International Workshop in Edinburgh, Scotland
On Saturday morning there are new arrivals who join the International Workshop in Edinburgh to practice Taoist Tai Chi® arts. The food chopping team increases production. The practice floor fills with open friendly (and soon to be hungry) faces.
International Workshop in Edinburgh – Friday morning
Outwardly, it looks similar – some chanting, some tai chi, some standing, preparing lunch – but inwardly it feels different, because now it’s the third day, and the transformation is progressing.

Colchester – coming to a close
The latest International Workshop in Great Britain closed with a vote of thanks by Crispin, and a show of appreciation by the participants. Andrew gave news of the Fenway, and everyone gave a big cheer for the kitchen team.
