The Dragon's Head Blog: A Tale of Two Snakes

When the international workshop day began there was chanting in the morning for those who wanted to do it, followed by quiet sitting and then two sets, making for a very peaceful, soft start to the day. Then it was time for lunch.

In the afternoons we worked on circles and coiling in the tor yu and dan yu, changing the circle in wave hands and both snakes.

On Friday it was Chinese New Year and we had a lot of fun with the banquet, with many guests from local government, who all expressed their support for what we do.
