This weekend we had a beginner intensive course.

A dozen people took part in it, and for two of them it was their first experience with Taoist Tai Chi™ arts.

Once again it was proved how efficient this method is for both newcomers and old members. It even had an international flavor, as there was a member from Victoria, BC visiting Spain.
